July 13, 2009No comments It's Monday, so of course the trains were delayed this morning. This time around it was problems with a level crossing in Norfolk that caused the 09h02 to be 21 minutes late leaving Chelmsford.
June 15, 2009No comments A hopeless journey in this morning. Took the 09h02, and sat going nowhere just after Stratford while we waited for line congestion to clear ahead of us.

March 2, 2009No comments Another Monday morning of delays. This time it was signalling problems, which isn't entirely uncommon. I find it very suspicious that these issues most often crop up on a Monday, after a weekend when much of the line has been closed for maintenance.
January 30, 2009No comments So it was a broken rail this morning, causing delays of 40 minute up to London, and a very full platform when I arrived at Chelmsford.
